Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to the Epiphany BioLabs website and all orders placed through Epiphany BioLabs (EBL), formerly Epiphany Peptide Research (EPR), operated by Epiphany Enterprise Holdings, LLC (the “Company”). By accessing this website, completing the applicable research-site acknowledgment, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated herein.
Eligibility & Researcher Attestation
By placing an order, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or authorized purchaser acquiring products solely for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical reference, identification, or other lawful laboratory research purposes.
All products distributed by the Company are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
Visitors may be required to complete a four-part research-site acknowledgment confirming age eligibility, qualified research capacity, intended research use, and agreement to applicable website Terms and policies.
This acknowledgment is generally required once per site day and is scheduled to reset at 12:01 AM according to the website’s configured local time.
Completion of the website acknowledgment does not constitute independent verification of a visitor’s professional qualifications or authorize any use outside the designated research purpose.
The Company reserves the right to review, decline, hold, or cancel orders when purchaser eligibility, intended research use, or compliance with applicable policies cannot be reasonably established.
Website Access & Customer Accounts
Visitors who complete the applicable research-site acknowledgment may browse the research catalog, review available product information and pricing, and add products to a shopping cart without first creating a customer account.
A registered customer account is required to complete checkout.
Existing customers must sign in to their accounts. New customers may create an account during checkout by providing the required name, email, billing, and shipping information.
When supported by the checkout system, account credentials are generated securely and password-setup instructions are sent by email. Customers may complete their order without first completing the password-setup process.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account and order information, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, and notifying the Company of suspected unauthorized account access.
Account creation does not automatically establish eligibility for every product, discount, or promotion. Additional review or third-party verification may be required for specific offers.
No Medical, Dosing, or Administration Guidance
Information provided on this website is intended exclusively for product identification, analytical documentation, scientific education, and research procurement.
The Company does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, reconstitution or administration instructions, treatment protocols, or recommendations for human or veterinary use.
Website content, product descriptions, educational materials, laboratory reports, and customer communications must not be interpreted as medical advice or authorization for clinical or veterinary applications.
Products & Documentation
Products are supplied as laboratory research materials and analytical references.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and related documentation may be made available through the Company’s website or upon request for product evaluation and quality transparency.
Documentation may include sample identification, associated product lot numbers, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry, purity analysis, quantitative content, and other applicable analytical findings where available.
A COA reports analytical findings associated with the sample tested. It does not authorize human or veterinary use or independently establish the characteristics of every individual product vial.
Historical COAs, product labels, and laboratory records issued under Epiphany Peptide Research may remain available during and after the transition to Epiphany BioLabs. Original laboratory findings, report identifiers, and historical lot references will be preserved.
Certificate of Analysis (COA), Quality Verification & Testing Limitations
Sampling and Independent Verification
The Company maintains a quality verification program that may include independent third-party laboratory analysis of selected sample vials for material identity, purity, and quantitative content, as applicable.
Sampling may occur during initial supplier qualification, receipt of inventory, product verification, or subsequent periodic quality monitoring.
Selected samples are evaluated against the Company’s established acceptance criteria for the applicable material and analytical method.
Scope of Analytical Results
Each published COA documents the findings of the specific sample submitted for laboratory analysis.
Results from a selected sample do not constitute independent testing or certification of every vial, container, shipment, or subsequent production lot.
Although representative sampling provides information relevant to material quality, analytical results do not establish absolute uniformity across all product units. Variations in measured purity, identity, and quantitative content may occur between individual containers or manufacturing lots.
Testing Parameters and Exclusions
Only analytical parameters specifically identified within the applicable laboratory report should be considered independently evaluated.
Unless expressly documented, COA publication does not establish independent testing or verification of sterility, endotoxin content, residual solvents, heavy metals, microbial contamination, or other characteristics not included in the reported analysis.
Documentation and Acceptance Criteria
The Company may make analytical documentation available when submitted samples produce results within applicable internal acceptance criteria.
Publication of a COA represents disclosure of the reported analytical findings and does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of the composition, purity, quantity, or suitability of every individual product unit.
Supplier-provided analytical documentation, when made available, should not be interpreted as independent third-party verification performed on behalf of the Company unless expressly identified as such.
Research Use Restriction
All analytical documentation is supplied for research material evaluation and transparency only. Neither the availability of a COA nor the results reported therein constitute approval, certification, or authorization for human or veterinary administration, clinical application, or use outside the designated research purpose.
Orders, Pricing & Acceptance
- All orders constitute an offer to purchase and remain subject to acceptance by the Company.
- The Company may decline, hold, or cancel an order when purchaser eligibility, intended research use, payment verification, or applicable compliance requirements cannot be reasonably confirmed.
- Product prices, availability, specifications, and lot assignments may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law and accepted-order commitments.
- Volume pricing, promotional discounts, verified Hero benefits, and affiliate offers are governed by their applicable terms and eligibility requirements.
- Discounts and promotional offers generally may not be combined unless expressly authorized by the applicable promotion.
- Order fulfillment remains subject to product availability, payment verification, and applicable Company policies.
Payment & Order Review
Available payment methods may include ACH or bank transfer, Zelle, and other approved payment services. Accepted payment methods may change based on operational availability or payment-provider requirements.
Orders requiring manual payment are reviewed before payment instructions are issued. Customers will receive applicable instructions through authorized Company communications following order review and acceptance.
Customers should verify any unexpected or altered payment instructions directly with Epiphany BioLabs before sending funds.
Orders are not released for fulfillment until the applicable payment has been received and verified.
Submitting an order or receiving an automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by the Company.
Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
Orders are processed and shipped according to the Company’s published Shipping Policy and applicable order-acceptance procedures.
Returns, replacement requests, shipping claims, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding policies in effect at the time of the applicable transaction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and ensuring that ordered materials may lawfully be received, possessed, and used for research purposes in their jurisdiction.
Promotions & Verified Hero Benefits
The Company may offer promotional discounts, volume pricing, affiliate promotions, rewards, and special eligibility-based offers.
Verified Hero Program benefits may be available to eligible military members and veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, and educators following successful verification through the applicable verification provider.
Standard Hero Program discounts, volume discounts, promotional coupons, and other offers are subject to their respective eligibility rules and non-stacking restrictions.
Specific promotional terms govern when they expressly differ from the general promotions policy.
Governing Policies
All sales and website use are additionally governed by the Company’s applicable policies, incorporated herein by reference:
- Refund & Returns Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Privacy Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Terms of Promotions Offered
The Company’s published cancellation and payment-security policies also apply where relevant.
Customers should promptly contact admin@epiphanybiolabs.com regarding billing, shipment, documentation, or order concerns to allow the Company an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
Brand & Domain Transition
Epiphany BioLabs (EBL) is the successor brand to Epiphany Peptide Research (EPR).
The Company operates the Epiphany BioLabs website at epiphanybiolabs.com and retains epiphanypeptideresearch.com as a legacy address during the transition. Visitors accessing the legacy address may be redirected to the primary Epiphany BioLabs website.
Existing customer accounts, order histories, applicable records, and historical laboratory documentation remain associated with the underlying Company.
References to Epiphany Peptide Research on historical records, COAs, product labels, and correspondence do not by themselves indicate a different business entity.
Limitations
Research materials are supplied with the documentation and analytical information specifically identified for the applicable product or tested sample.
The Company does not represent that every individual vial or subsequent production lot has been independently analyzed or will exhibit identical analytical characteristics.
The Company does not authorize use of its products outside their designated Research Use Only classification.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
